The photos below are of a broad leafed βLotus Lilyβ (aka Nelumbo). For perspective, the photo of the large pink/fuscia colored flower is an actual Lotus Lily. The leaves of the Lotus Lilies can grow from 18 to 22 inches in width, and strong enough that it could actually serve as a large bowl. Now, notice the pool of water at the bottom of the leaf inscribed with Psalm 23:5? I believe that the LORD fills our cups every day with His mercy, love, and strength for the day. Sometimes, the challenges of life seems to drain our cups quicker than on other days. Iβm lifting my cup higher and higher, Iβm not greedy... Iβm just VERY NEEDY. How about you?
